2026-07-27	Wi*****	I love my ZenTech fan but the app experience and customer support are terrible. When I first installed it, this app and Google Home integration worked great. A few weeks in, it stopped working with Google Home. When I tried to reconnect the accounts, Google said this App was not verified and the app was in testing and reached its limit of test users. A few weeks later, this app stopped controlling the fan. I reported to customer service, with screenshots. Still not fixed several months later...

2026-07-25	To*****	I didn't get far in the app. Bought a Hunter fan and tried to add it as the first and only device. It's a very convoluted setup, requiring a lot of odd steps (you need to remove a screw on the remote to get to the pairing button!), and then, after it finally got to the point where it should have added the device, it just crashed. Not just once, I tried this 3 times in a row with the same outcome. It's unusable.

2026-07-18	Jo*****	Hands down the worse wifi connection experience for IoT devices. The app crashes every time I switch back to the wifi that the fan is supposed to be connected. The fan stays connected (i've seen the IP in my router and watched the handshakes) but it doesn't register because this stupid app crashes. Don't get a Hunter if you have a Pixel 10. It wil crash every time.

2026-07-15	So*****	App used to work just fine but stopped working and now I am not able to get the ceiling fan connected again so i deleted and triedto re add the device. I go through the whole process to add device and at the last step it closes the app and doesn't add. super frustrating! The ability to connect/control via Google was the main reason I got it.

2026-07-10	Je*****	This app is trash. I finally got it to connect to Google Home, but the app seems to have lost the ability to create scenes with the fan and light. I can get the fan and light schedules created through the Google Home app, but there is no way to control fan speed when scheduling via that method. Adjusting fan speed and light output through the Hunter app also doesn't work well, as the app glitches when moving the level sliders. Quite frustrating after spending $400 on a fan and light setup.

2026-07-07	Ri*****	Glad to see I'm not the only one having the issues. I just bought 4 fans to replace all the old ones in my house from the previous owner. The first one got connected fine. Moved on to #2, and the app crashed after going through the entire setup, then entering my WIFI password. It would sit there about 10 seconnds then crash. I contacted support, but based on all the reviews I've read, I don't think I will be hearing from them again.
