It would be great if you could change the order of devices. Anytime you try to in the device menu, you can't save any changes. Also, it would be better to have the add device button at the end of the list on the home menu instead of the start since you don't regularly use that button.

The fans do not stay on wifi. Even with perfect signal, they lock up. The cloud connection is also unreliable. Technical support has helped me troubleshoot the issue, and it has to do with their hardware, not my network. I was told by technical that I need an additional part for my home, the aBicus. While this device did help with some of the issues, it did not resolve my connectivity issues. The aBicus does not have 2-way communication with the fan and does not update its state
