2024-10-01	Er*****	App is horrible, always crashing, and takes forever to load messages. Sometimes, messages don't even come through. I've been with them for a while, but as a business, we need reliability, and this is not that.

2024-09-01	S *****	This phone app is terrible. It doesn't allow payment or cancelation management in app. I'm fighting to cancel subscription and the fredomvoice website says my password is wrong, but it won't send me a link for a new PW to my email that I know is correct because they invoice me to it. Absolutely no notification from the app when there's voicemail. Try locating a new voicemail & if your lucky you might find it in the trash in the app otherwise it won't show it or give you access to it at all.

I have been a loyal customer to Freedom Voice for many years, and I have no complaints about their services. Nevertheless, this app will be the cause of ending my services with them! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

2023-12-12	Ar*****	The app is a mess, barely even usable. Every time I try to log in on my phone, it keeps saying the app closed or asks me to retry. But retry what? The app won’t even open properly. What’s the point of having something so unstable? And even if by chance it does open, it’s slow, lags, and sometimes loads old info from weeks ago. The design is just not easy for users. There are options, but they’re not explained well enough to actually use. Step it up!

FreedomVoice is now used mostly to capture spam calls. If you actually need to check voicemails for your business, DO NOT use this app. My 1 cent.

2023-07-06	Da*****	Worst app ever. Locks up and freezes constantly. Throws notifications you don't want and can't disable. Won't show mms photos in texts. Inability to disable features. I updated the app hoping it would resolve these issues and they got worse. Straight junk. I can't believe I actually pay money for this garbage.

2023-05-10	Br*****	I use this app for work and it needs some serious help. It freezes all the effing time. I spend so much time trying to get the app to work, it eats up a lot of my time. The app will actually be working and then a box will pop up saying it's not working and ask me to "wait, close app, or report a problem" it's very frustrating. Do a freaking up date and fix these problems please!

2023-04-28	Le*****	Very spotty to see my text messages or voicemail in the app. Keep getting the dreaded spinning circle. Sometimes I don't even get notifications of a text message. Would like the option to have the system turn off the text feature and respond to a text message stating this phone number doesn't receive text messages.

A lot of the time I either have to force stop or restart the phone to get it to work. It freezes more times than I can think of. When I have a scheduled call I pray to God that it will connect! I am using this app on android. Not sure if it works better on iPhone. App is easy to use if it works... (Samsung s21 ultra)
