The desktop version works well. Unfortunately the app has been a nightmare. I can rarely make calls and the quality is poor when they finally go through. When I'm running late for an appointment and I want to send a text, the app is unusable because the names don't appear on the text page. After many conversations and screenshots to customer service I was told its a known problem for android users. If I were just rating the desktop version I would give this app 4 stars. It works as promised.
