App is horrible, always crashing, and takes forever to load messages. Sometimes, messages don't even come through. I've been with them for a while, but as a business, we need reliability, and this is not that.

This phone app is terrible. It doesn't allow payment or cancelation management in app. I'm fighting to cancel subscription and the fredomvoice website says my password is wrong, but it won't send me a link for a new PW to my email that I know is correct because they invoice me to it. Absolutely no notification from the app when there's voicemail. Try locating a new voicemail & if your lucky you might find it in the trash in the app otherwise it won't show it or give you access to it at all.
