Has issues but overall good. Occasionally have to reconnect to the servixe through app to recieve calls. Great features, love being able to record all calls. Calls can route differently depending on your needs i.e. hunt, simultaneously, etc. Number porting or new ones is simple

Most of the calls never reach your phone even with full bars and 500 mb/s+ internet speed connections. Customer support boils down to "restart your phone and then re install the app". interface is very user friendly but as you hire more then one person with different shift times there is no feature to have the phone "ring" to people at specific times. It is everyone or no one Most of the replies on feedback to this company are just "its the Customers fault because X reason". Zero accountability.
