I downloaded the app and don’t have an account yet. The only option available is to “sign in” and there is no “get started” option. Deleted the app multiple times, I needed the service I’m disappointed!

The app has always been glitchy and has never worked seamlessly the past 3 years. I am not a fan of quite a few features that are an invasive and only the admin can control especially the voice/call recording feature but for my job I didn't get to choose the platform for a virtual business number so I am stuck using mightycall. For the past two weeks or so the app keeps signing off without being prompted to. I have to completely sign back in every morning and throughout the day and signing in is not a smooth experience either. I use the same sign in credentials and it tells me that it's incorrect. So I have to restart the app and sign in process minimum 3 times but usually more than that. For the yearly fee you guys charge you should do better.
