MightyCall Classic

Another review to complain about the near daily occurrence of the MightyCall app logging me out. The weirdest thing is, I can still receive a call “through” the app, but I can’t get to the phone controls to, say, put the call on speaker; when I’m signed out. Using this app mover the last few weeks has added an unnecessary amount of stress to running my small business.

We use MightyCall for business-critical on-call routing, and the service and app used to be very good. Until relatively recently, the sole issue with the app was that you can’t adjust the call flow from it, and need to log into the web. There is feature parity for everything else, so this is a bizarre omission. That issue remains, but the deal-breaker problem that seems to have started a few weeks ago is that the app logs you out after a random period of time generally on the order of a day or two. When it’s logged out there is NO indication to the user other than that you don’t get incoming calls. For an app whose entire purpose is receiving incoming calls, this makes it essentially useless. I’ve had to resort to opening it every few hours so I can log back in if it’s logged me out, which is maddening. You also occasionally get a random error about having the wrong password when trying to log in (when it must be correct because it’s auto-filled) and the only solution is to force quit the app and reopen. Seriously, MightyCall, you had a working app and now you don’t. What happened?!
