Thank you for updating! One issue I am running into is thanks to tabs in Google Docs. By default, when the export PDF link is generated, it include the parameter for ?tab=t.0 and that causes an error. Could you remove that parameter or give us the option to choose a version without the parameter?
Also, would you consider adding DEMO mode links to this great tool? It is handy to have when you want a view or preview URL of a Google Doc but also want the Outline to be visible. It just requires adding ?rm=demo to the URL.
