Every completed fast lands in History with its real length and its real times. Streak, best run, 7-day average, and a calendar of goal-met days — computed from what you did, not what you promised. Made a mistake? Long-press to delete. Honest logging includes corrections.

Some days deserve a longer fast. Schedule a one-off 24, 48 or 72-hour fast on top of your daily plan — free. The planner tells you exactly when it starts, when the goal is met, and when your first meal opens. No surprises. Bail out anytime with one tap and it's logged honestly: "31h of 48h."
