IglooPlate Kitchen HACCP

IglooPlate Kitchen HACCP replaces the paper food safety diary.

Built in a working restaurant kitchen, for kitchens — pubs, cafés, restaurants, takeaways and any small team that has to prove it is running safely.

EVERY RECORD IN ONE PLACE
• Fridge and freezer temperatures, logged in seconds
• Deliveries checked in, with supplier and temperature on arrival
• Opening and closing checks, signed off by whoever is on
• Cleaning schedules that show what is due and what is done
• Cooking, cooling and reheating records

PROOF WHEN YOU NEED IT
Every entry is timestamped and attributed, so when the environmental health officer asks what happened three Tuesdays ago you can show them rather than hunt for a folder. Records are kept for the retention period your business needs and can be exported.

BUILT AROUND SAFER FOOD, BETTER BUSINESS
The checks follow the SFBB method UK kitchens already know, so there is nothing new to learn — it is the same diary, without the biro.

FOR THE WHOLE TEAM
Add your staff, give them the areas they work in, and let them log as they go. Managers see what has been recorded and what has been missed.

PART OF IGLOOPLATE
Works alongside IglooPlate Staff for rotas and timesheets, and the allergen assistant. Or entirely on its own.
