This extension enhances these keyboard shortcuts on YouTube videos:

< and > — work as normal on YouTube to decrease and increase playback speed, but will go up to 5x and down to 0.1x.

. and , — fine tune playback speed -/+ 0.1x. (Only enabled while video is playing.)

This extension is pretty janky but it does exactly what I want, so hopefully you find it useful too. This extension collects no data.
