Description
Anyone with a Smart meter and an eligible Power Rewards account can enroll online. Orange Power is leveraging its AI driven app, Power Rewards, to complete authorisation and onboarding. Users can download the app and get customised device control and meter reading.

In addition, Power Rewards will pay cash to help lower a peak during a demand response event and save on Grid investing in additional infrastructure. When a household’s energy saving earns revenue, it is logged into the app and cash is distributed to participants.

Unable to register as says my email already exists- never used the service before. Tried forgot password, says my email does not exist. Dreadful app and functionality with no option to gain help with registering...is it really an app that can be trusted...you decide!

I downloaded this last year, and all was good. I earned the points every event. However, since the app was updated earlier this year, although I get the notifications of events, I no longer get any points, regardless if I make my house go dark the the period or not. No help pages explain why and no support provided. Was a good app now pointless!
