Took part in several events and earned so few points that it would have taken 10 years to earn enough to get any vouchers. The app updated many times and it lost all my points. Added my account no. again and it was stuck on verifying my account no./home add/meter depending on which screen I looked at. Today it said to download the new app and I had to verify three times to authenticate my device. When I finally get into the new app it has no record of any points and uses lightgrey text on white.

The app itself works fine. The problem is you get punished for already trying your best to save energy, before this scheme was rolled out. I literally can't do any more to save energy, and so I get very few points. Shame, because the idea has some promise.
