DDC-Care is a specialized application designed for individuals identified by health personnel as being at high risk of infection from dangerous communicable diseases, excluding COVID-19. Users complete daily self-screening health forms over a period determined by healthcare professionals to assess their risk levels.

The data collected through DDC-Care is exclusively used by the Thailand Department of Disease Control and authorized organizations for screening, monitoring, treatment, and control of communicable diseases. User privacy is strictly maintained, with no public release of personally identifiable information. Note that the self-quarantine function for COVID-19 has been removed, focusing the app's utility on other serious health threats.

หน้าต่างแอปค่อนข้างงงและใช้งานยาก ไม่เป็นมิตรกับผู้ใช้งานเท่าไหร่ มีแจ้งเตือนให้กรอกข้อมูลรายวันแต่ไม่มีแจ้งเตือนว่าครบกำหนดเมื่อไหร่ ครบ14วันแล้วยังมีให้กรอกข้อมูลในวันถัดมาอยู่แต่ไม่สามารถกรอกข้อมูลได้ ตรงนี้อาจจะทำให้ผู้ใช้งานสับสนได้
