This application is designed to provide citizens with access to medical services without having to go to a hospital, as if having a doctor at home. Users can view their health history, treatment history, and health check-up history, and various services are available to facilitate convenience, save time, and reduce costs.
Users wishing to log in must have their 13-digit national identification number and a phone number registered in the Department of Medical Services' database, or be new Thai patients under the care of the Department of Medical Services, Ministry of Public Health. The application offers the following functions:
• Online doctor consultation (Telemedicine)
• Health history
• Medical history
• Health examination history
• Appointment schedule
• Self-registration of health information, including:
o General health information such as chronic diseases, surgeries, smoking, alcohol consumption, and medications/allergies
o Health check-ups such as blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and overall health status
• Health connectivity, which integrates various services from hospitals under the Department of Medical Services, Ministry of Public Health, to facilitate public access to healthcare.
