H4U is a mobile application developed by the Ministry of Health to provide users with access to their comprehensive health records. Acting as a public health book, it displays hospital treatment histories, COVID-19 vaccination, and test information. The app is a collaborative effort among various health agencies, including the Department of Medicine and Department of Medical Sciences.
