2022-01-29	Ze*****	This app needs serious attention from N-able to be truly useful. Every few weeks it just hangs at login until you clear the cache, clear storage and then login all over again. The app is basically just a status dashboard with the option to launch the Take Control viewer.

2017-11-10	A *****	UPDATED - In order to use this Take Control (MSP Anywhere) app, you MUST do these things: (1) INSTALL TeamViewer as well as MSP RMM, (2) Set the Permissions for all three apps to "Storage". NOW, before you can Take Control of any PC (3) Open the Take Control app (MSP Anywhere) and click on "Ready". FINALLY, in your MSP RMM app, you can click on the Take Control icon and it will open Take Control (MSP Anywhere), which will then trigger TeamViewer with the correct Client ID and Password... and VIOLA! Simple, no? NO!!!! But it works if you follow all these steps. Updates to Anrdoid's security settings are what caused this. I would think SolarWinds would have sent an email to all of the app users so they would be aware of this, and HOW to work around it. Until, my review has all the necessary steps outlined here. OLD REVIEW: I use Solar Winds RMM app in conjunction with this app. It used to work. Now it opens a screen that says ready, but when I attempt a remote session, nothing happens. This is a pointless app. It does nothing.
