• Daily wellness scores — see Energy, Fatigue, Hydration, Inflammation, Recovery, and Stress on an easy 1–10 scale. Tap any score for plain-language insights.

• Smart cycle tracking — IRIS learns your unique pattern over time and predicts your phases (menstrual, follicular, ovulation, luteal) more accurately than calendar-only apps because it factors in real biometric signals.

• Apple Health & sleep integration — sync sleep, heart rate, HRV, steps, and wrist temperature for richer insights without manual logging.

• Partner mode — invite your partner so they can gently support you through your cycle. They see only what you choose to share.

• Personalized coaching — gentle, evidence-informed tips matched to your phase and current state. Hot bath when you're tense, warm compress when your eyes are tired.

• Doctor-ready PDF reports — export a clean summary of your trends to share with your healthcare provider.

• Eye-scan photos are processed entirely on your device and discarded the moment your scan completes — they never reach our servers.

• You own your data. Delete your account and everything tied to it from inside the app at any time.

PREMIUM

IRIS is free to download and use. IRIS Premium unlocks advanced trends, longer history, doctor PDF exports, and priority cycle predictions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage in Google Play settings.
