Krissi is a holistic personal health companion. She tracks the dimensions
of how you feel - food, sleep, mood, activity, cycle, gut health, and
your wearable data - and uses AI to surface the patterns shaping all
of it.

Krissi is a wellness companion, not a medical device. She doesn't
diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. But she will help you
understand your body better than you have before.

BUILT FOR ANDROID, AND IT SHOWS
Most modern health apps launch on iOS first. Krissi was built for
Android from the ground up, with deep Health Connect integration. So
the wearables and health apps you already use just work. Garmin,
Fitbit, Whoop, Samsung Health, and anything else Health Connect
supports.

YOUR HEALTH DATA LIVES ON YOUR DEVICE
There's no Krissi account, no cloud sync, and no Foddies-side database holding your records. Everything you log is stored locally on your device. If you choose to use Krissi's insight features - voice logging, photo logging, or asking Krissi a question - your health data is sent to Anthropic, the company behind the language model Krissi uses.
