Towards yourself. CBT-inspired tools for adults.

Overview

Features & Capabilities

Kinder is Swedish CBT-inspired self-support for adults who are becoming hard on themselves. Explore self-criticism, broad beliefs and everyday rules without demanding positive thoughts or warm self-love.

Eight separate sections help you separate concrete mistakes from a judgment of yourself. The tools include a short critic map, a more flexible rule, a small voluntary everyday experiment, a respectful sentence with an act of care and a plan for responsibility without self-punishment. Your own weekly notes and a support plan are optional.

You are allowed to take responsibility and repair while meeting yourself with respect. Someone else's threats, control or violations are not your responsibility. No exercise requires trauma stories, visualization, touching or contact with an insecure person. Pause if an exercise increases shame, strong memory reactions or deterioration.

Swedish care sources and international original studies are available with clear limitations. Recent research does not always show that self-compassion training is better than other support. Please has not been clinically tested for effectiveness. Own measurements, sections and minutes are not diagnostic tests or validated treatment doses.

For people aged 18 and over. Please is not a medical device. The app does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Seek medical attention in case of major discomfort or deterioration. In case of acute danger or risk of harm to someone: call 112.

Temporary mode is standard. On a secure device, you can choose encrypted local storage. No app accounts, ads, analysis SDK, AI chat or cloud sync. Content and exercises work without internet; external sources and web-based support open in another app and require internet.
