Svalare: ilska i relationen

Svalare provides CBT-inspired self-support when anger takes over in a close relationship. Map out what happened, recognize early signals and prepare for a voluntary break when the pace increases. Practice making a factual request, taking responsibility after an outburst and sustainable recovery. Eight chapters, six perspectives, your own forms and voluntary follow-up help you choose your next action. The program distinguishes a justified feeling from actions that scare or harm. No one should have to endure threats or violence to practice communication. Svalare has not been clinically proven to be effective, does not make diagnoses and does not replace care or support to stop using violence. For adults.
