It replaces the original stream player with a custom embed one, which eliminates ads and enhances the twitch player and user interface. The extension supports viewing of ads in a mini player to continue supporting favourite streams without full-screen distractions. It also tackles the 'purple screen', a new feature twitch has added to embedded streams. The developer continuously updates and adds new features to the extension.
