After around 10 minutes of trial, I found this app fascinating. Particularly, I love how it asks my mood along with a question of why, helping me really reflect on my mood and moreover myself.

I love, love, love the app. I have started therapy recently and my therapist asked me to take note of all my hiper and hipo emotional lapsus, I download and tested a lot of apps. This was by farrrr the best. I even converted the jason of the backup to excel and after a quick cleaning of the sheet, I sent it to my therapist. He said it was pretty useful to plan my therapy route, he even asked me to share with him the name of the app to recommend it to his another patients. So, I think it would be useful to be able to export a simple sheet or sent it to our therapist by mail. Thanks for your hard work.
