User reviews

Ultidash is praised for its rich features, beautiful design, and productivity enhancement capabilities, including to-do integration and helpful widgets. However, multiple users report persistent login issues with Google accounts, problems with background customization, and a lack of timely updates or support. While many find it invaluable for organization and motivation, technical bugs and usability hiccups detract from the overall experience for some.
Pros
  • Comprehensive all-in-one productivity features including calendar, to-do list, timer, site blocker, weather, and quotes.
  • Highly customizable with options for backgrounds and integration with services like Todoist.
  • User-friendly, well-designed interface that enhances user experience without being obtrusive.
  • Positive and engaging elements such as greetings that users find delightful and motivating.
  • Effective at aiding productivity and helping users stay organized, especially appreciated by those with ADHD.
Cons
  • Frequent login and authentication issues, especially relating to Google account access being blocked.
  • Background customization problems, including backgrounds freezing or turning white making screens unusable.
  • Lack of updates and support, with some users noting bugs remain unfixed and support queries unanswered.
  • Inability to properly set Ultidash as the default new tab page for some users.
  • Some features like to-do list disappearing after re-login, and timer or calendar resetting or not behaving as expected.
Recent reviews
Worked well for staff who struggled to prioritise, but the recent problems logging in have negated all their efforts. So disappointing.

I have used this app for years ( since around 2019), its been amazing....yet just recently i cant login and i get a box saying i cant login as it has been blocked by google. Is this the end of Ultidash? That would be a very sad thing indeed as this was great for helping with ADHD and having everything on the main screen.
