Candy canes are often used as Christmas tree ornaments. The traditional white canes striped with thick red &  thin green stripes are my favorites to use on our tree. \n\nThey are made in so many  flavors and varieties now!  Hershey's makes chocolate ones. Recently, I saw (and bought) cranberry, butterscotch, and root beer flavored ones. And the colors! You can find them in every color of the rainbow. \n\nWhen my children were little, it was hard to keep them from eating all of  the candy canes off of our tree!
