Sin embargo, persisten problemas recurrentes: verificación de identidad y aceptación de documentos, atención al cliente deficiente, tarifas elevadas y cambios de precio, retrasos o fallos en retiros y bloqueos de cuentas, y limitaciones de países compatibles. Estas cuestiones generan descontento pese a las referencias positivas sobre el uso y la facilidad de pago.
