HAP Recharge

HAP Recharge is the counter app for HAP event staff — sell tickets, recharge cashless wallets from one device.

Used at festivals, concerts and other large-scale ticketed events: HAP events run on cashless wallets — attendees top up balance and spend it at stalls and counters inside the venue
instead of carrying cash. HAP Recharge is the app staff use on-site — at entry gates and dedicated recharge desks — to sell walk-in tickets and add money to those wallets, built to keep
working when venue connectivity is patchy.

At the counter:
• Sell tickets on the spot, by ticket type
• Find a wallet by mobile number, or by scanning the wallet's own QR code directly, then add balance
• Accept payment by cash or by UPI/card through Cashfree's secure checkout

Built for real venues:
• One join code, one device — a code is locked to the first phone that signs in with it, so it can't be shared or logged into on a second device
• Dark interface designed for quick, low-glare use at busy counters and low-light venues

OPERATOR — runs a selling counter
• Open and close a cash session for each shift
• Sell tickets on the spot, by ticket type, for cash or UPI/card
• Find a customer by scanning their wallet's own QR, then recharge wallet balance

SUPERVISOR — everything an Operator can do, plus oversight across the floor.
