HAP Check in

HAP CheckIn is the gate app for events selling tickets through HAP.Partners.

Every ticket is verified by its own signature, so a decision reaches the screen in a fraction of
a second — no waiting on a spinner at the door.

WHAT IT DOES

• Scans ticket QR codes with the rear camera, and accepts a typed code when a screen is cracked,
wet or too dim to read
• Answers in one word, in colour, legible at arm's length in the dark
• Refuses a ticket that has already been used — including one already scanned at a different gate
• Enforces per-day and per-session admission, so a Day 1 ticket is refused on Day 2
• Shows a live count of who has been admitted

FOR CREW

Enrol once with the join code your organiser gives you. Nothing to configure, nothing to
remember.

ACCESS

This app is for accredited event crew. It needs a join code issued by an event organiser and has
no public sign-up.
