Tapa turns an Android phone or POS handset into a cashless till for wristband events. Guests load money onto their NFC band; your stands charge it with a tap.

FOR BARS, FOOD STALLS AND MERCH
• Key in an amount or build the order from your quick prices, then tap the guest's wristband.
• The sale clears on the spot and the screen shows the guest's balance left.
• Amounts are in KES, with the USDC equivalent at the event rate.
• If the band runs short, the terminal offers to charge what's left on it.

KEEPS SELLING WHEN THE SIGNAL DROPS
• Sales are saved on the terminal, up to an allowance the organiser sets, and sent in order when the connection returns.
• Every sale keeps its own ID, so sending it again never charges the guest twice.

EVERY SALE, EVERY SHIFT
• Today's screen shows your totals and every tap with its time and the guest's name.
• Reverse a wrong charge within the organiser's reversal window.
• End the shift with your supervisor code.

AT THE GATE
• Scan a guest's ticket, tap a band, and they're in.
• Can't scan? Search by name, phone number or ticket number.
• Re-entry check confirms a band before someone comes back in.

SET UP IN SECONDS, LOCKED WHEN IDLE
• Register a terminal by scanning or pasting the code from the organiser.
• The screen locks after three idle minutes. A six-digit supervisor code unlocks it.

This Tapa app is for event staff. You need a terminal code from your event organiser to use it.
