Page Notes Firefox

Page Notes

By: SUNWIN
Save short, per-domain notes and display them on any web page instantly.

Features & Capabilities

Page Notes lets you store quick, domain-specific notes and display them on pages with a single click. Notes are stored locally using the browser storage API and never transmitted to external servers. This makes it perfect for research, reminders, or personal annotations while browsing. Open the toolbar popup to view or edit a note for the current website. You can save it, display it on the page, or clear it. Options let you customize the overlay’s position on the screen. The extension is lightweight, privacy-respecting, and intentionally minimal. All page interactions are performed safely, avoiding inline scripts or unsafe HTML insertion, and only the required permissions are requested.

Is Page Notes Safe?

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Page Notes does not require any sensitive permissions.
