Open in MS Edge™ Browser

Open current page, link, or all tabs in the Microsoft Edge™ browser

The "Open in MS Edge™ Browser" Chrome extension enables users to effortlessly open their current tab, selected links, or even all browser tabs directly in the Microsoft Edge™ browser. By right-clicking or using specific click combinations, links can be instantly sent to Edge without the hassle of copying and pasting URLs.

If Microsoft Edge is already running, the extension will open links in new tabs; otherwise, it launches a new Edge window. To function properly, a minimal native client installation is required, with step-by-step instructions provided within the extension. Additionally, administrators can configure preferences using managed storage, making it suitable for organizational use.

Note that this is an independent project and not affiliated with Microsoft or the Edge team. This extension significantly streamlines workflows for users who need quick access to Microsoft Edge from Chrome.

A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.
