Hides all the right side boxes; "Trending on Google+", "Hangouts", "You May Know", "You Might Like" as well as the "Chat" pop-up window in the newly redesigned Google+ UI. If you don't use any of those things and don't want to see them, then this is the extension for you!

So far it seems to work perfectly. (I needed to disable Chat so Talk on my phone would actually get all the messages sent to me)

As soon as I added the extension it immediately worked, no configuration was needed. Excellent and well worth the 5 star rating I've given it.
