This is a beautiful color scheme for Chrome dev tools, and the tab animation was a nice surprise. Everything about this does remind me of the atmosphere of Night City, and for that I definitely love it. My only (small) complaint is that within the Elements tab, the arrows which show expandable elements are not visible. Hopefully this can be fixed in a future version though!
