DevTools Theme: NightLion Dark is a simplified Chrome extension that transforms the look of your developer tools into a tranquil dark theme called 'NightLion'. This extension needs to be added to Chrome before enabling Developer Tools experiments. A custom UI theme can then be allowed under the Experiments tab, giving your devtools a fresh, eye-friendly makeover.

Goto chrome://flags/#enable-devtools-experiments and Enable Developer Tools experiments. Select [Relaunch Now] at the bottom of the page.
Open developer tools settings, select Experiments tab, and check 'Allow custom UI themes'.
