Installation Instructions
Make sure you enabled custom UI themes by following these steps: Open chrome://flags ▶ Enable Developer Tools experiments and click "Relaunch Now" at the bottom. Open developer tools settings ▶ Experiments ▶ [✔] Allow custom UI themes.
