2026-08-06	di*****	I had signed up a while ago, and after a year I'm trying to log back into my profile, but unfortunately it's not working. Even after going through the password reset process, I still can't log in with the new credentials. Generally a very dysfunctional app.

2026-08-05	Va*****	The app basically never works as expected. I want to buy a subscription - endless loading. I set a notification for a train - it never pops-up. I need to check if I miss a check-in or check-out - it will appear only in a couple of days. This app is the same disaster as NS itself. The Netherlands deserves a much better railway operator.

2026-08-01	Ci*****	would of gave it 5 starts till I tried to attach my card for buying tickets for upcoming journey and doesn't allow you to add the card till you have used it on the train. as a tourist that doesn't make sense to me as I don't know where I am going in person and for what zone to travel to and thought the app would be an all in one place to get me the right ticket to the right place, I would recommend changing this so first time travelers can have a seamless trip and more likely to use the app

2026-07-30	na*****	ja hoor, nog een app. NS: ik wil gewoon kaartjes met samenreiskorting kopen op het station (en treinen die op tijd rijden, maar dat is wat te hoog gegrepen...). Jullie snappen toch wel dat dit systeem niet werkt voor ouderen/toeristen? Ik kom er zelf soms maar met moeite uit!

2026-07-20	Jo*****	Sinds de laatste update is de vormgeving veel ruimer opgezet, waardoor je een minder goed overzicht hebt van de reis als je meer dan 1 overstap moet maken. Een screenshot maken, bv om je reis overzichtelijk door te sturen werkt ook niet meer
