2026-07-15	Ro*****	Useless, as is the NS online booking process! Book online, then have to load this app and create an account in order to get an e ticket (email confirmation not good enough). But the transfer to the app does not work (no explanation). So the app, even though the account was created with the same email, does not show the e ticket. Had to go to a ticket office to get the ticket printed! On top of this, somehow, my return ticket date is wrong, and NS tefuse to change it. So have to pay again!

2026-07-15	An*****	steeds vaker kan ik sommige straten en plekken op de app niet vinden, dan moest ik ff zoeken de stops op Google maps en meerdere zoekfuncties bij de app vragen. Super vervelend.

2026-07-07	Er*****	horrible monopoly style company, forces the use of their app through obscurity and inconvenience if you don't. having to physically print train tickets while it's just an QR Code if you don't have the app. even tho you get an email with that qr code you still have to either print it put or use their app. its cheaper to go to Berlin or Paris then it is to go to my grandparents in the same country...and they dare call it public transport.

2026-07-03	Am*****	the app itself works great but theres so many bugs! if i save certain trips i can NEVER delete those saves (and get an error message) and i have to wait until the next day for them to be gone. whats also very annoying is that if i leave the app even for a second it immediately jumps back to the home page, which makes it hard to check schedules and timetables inbetween choosing your route. these are very obvious bugs that the system managers HAVE to be aware of (i cant imagine them not)

2026-07-02	wi*****	Alles werkt, behalve als je er 2 passen in hebt zitten. Dan krijg je van de ene nooit incheck notificaties. Het lijkt erop dat de eerst toegevoegde z'n notificaties verliest.
