Recent reviews

Useless, as is the NS online booking process! Book online, then have to load this app and create an account in order to get an e ticket (email confirmation not good enough). But the transfer to the app does not work (no explanation). So the app, even though the account was created with the same email, does not show the e ticket. Had to go to a ticket office to get the ticket printed! On top of this, somehow, my return ticket date is wrong, and NS tefuse to change it. So have to pay again!

steeds vaker kan ik sommige straten en plekken op de app niet vinden, dan moest ik ff zoeken de stops op Google maps en meerdere zoekfuncties bij de app vragen. Super vervelend.
