when starting the browser there are duplicate tabs

Works as expected. At first, I thought it was broken because I would quit the chrome app (with my pinned apps still opened), and when I re-opened, the first tab would open twice. I now realize that chrome by defaults re-opens the first pinned tab that was left opened. So chrome would re-open this first pinned tab while the extension would also prompt a new pinned tab to open to this exact same webpage since I configured it within the extension. So to avoid this, I just omit whatever the URL of the first pinned tab is from the extension.
