What is Tab pinner?

"Tab Pinner" is a simple Chrome extension that lets users pin and unpin tabs easily. It comes with a toolbar button and keyboard shortcut for this function. A unique feature of the extension is its ability to automatically pin tabs based on their URL. For quick exits, it allows closing of the current tab simply by double-clicking on the toolbar button or by double-pressing the keyboard shortcut.

I deduct two star, because of a very annoying issue. I like having tabs in a certain order, but when I use this extension it works but it also brings the tab to the front. Unfortunately because of this I will have to find another solution.
