not working for me chrome tells me this is not approved for reinforced security, dont know why

When I tried to open the app Norton Security blocked access to https://app-vbr.web.app/ , rating it as a dangerous website. I won't argue with that. The extension has been uninstalled. Why is Google promoting it?
