HOW TO USE

First select text which you want to read.
Right click of the mouse to the selected text.
Click to 'Readme - Text to Speech' in the context menu.

Ought to have the option of reading entire pages in addition to only reading selected text. Yet author recommend this for ebooks!? That's absurd.... So I'm supposed to select all the text in the entire ebook. Not a viable option
