Yuck! Did the first workout and thought, that always a decent one, until I realized it was only manageable because I misread the instructions and had actually been performing one minute on/one minute off instead of just plodding straight through without a break. The warm ups are good but that's where it ends. The rest of the workouts seem to be just destructive. I work out regularly and am quite used to difficult workouts but these were just ridiculous.

app has turned into a scam. I purchased a lifetime subscription and for the past few month I have been prompted to sign up for premium. I have to keep restoring my purchase. now today, I can't even restore my purchase. Despite multiple emails requesting my account be restored with screenshot evidence I paid for a lifetime premium subscription, I still do not have premium access
