Recent reviews

No longer functions! For years, I have used this app, experiencing only minor glitches, which were irregular and tolerable, for the option to pay by phone app instead of using a credit card. Now, attempting to use or purchase tickets is not possible, one just gets a blank screen. I've awaited for updates for months before I took to writing this review. Instead, we have a number of tickets soon to expire and no solution in sight. Clearly, the developers have given up!

This app is incredibly slow & always crashes when you open it, this happens almost every time you get on the bus - the app stats opening then just disappears, or opens & crashes & you then have to restart the app & wait until it's started up again (& it takes ages as it's very slow to start). I curse the app regularly whenever I get on the bus & have to stand there like an idiot waiting for it to start. For comparison, the equivalent ticket app for buses in Brighton doesn' crash & opens quickly.
