The app is alright to just get going with transactions. I wasted $12 not knowing that 'Free Summer Fridays' is a thing from June to August, which is why I'm writing this review On the side, the other improvement I see is integration of train time built into the app instead of redirecting the user to their website to see their route

It is ridiculous to have to download this app to get a ticket. Now that I purchased a ticket, I cannot transfer it to my Google wallet; I will need to login and activate it "right before" my ride. Boston is a tourist destination; its public transit should behave like it's one. I can't wait to finish this trip and delete my account.
