It's very unfortunate that the biggest (probably) transport company in the Pioneer Valley over the last 50 years is probably complicit in the spread of lung diseases around here also... Can we just get a space at your main station to breath fresh air? If you can't stop passengers from smoking whatever they want on the premises, at least designate a spot for them to converge and pollute themselves! There are cigarette sticks littered all over the station, are you oblivious to that?

[Updated 8/1/24: I like the new payment system for the most part, and you can still pay with cash 🙂] •••• I was skeptical at first, but it has been "less glitchy' since I first installed it. And it's convenient when you don't have any cash on hand.
