Very helpful to have Gong available wherever I'm operating.
Seamless functionality.

Frequently breaks and doesn't load properly.
Barely works; issues with Gong backend.
Need for better communication regarding updates.

There's so many bugs everywhere. It cannot do basic things like stopping sequences if a prospect replies or books meetings. It slows down the system by a lot and there customer support is not helpful.
