Not the original developer of the extension. Download and use the other extension also called TTV ad-block but it has way more reviews (50+). That one is actually uploaded and maintained by the developer of the extension. No idea who this is that uploaded this one, why, or if it's modified in harmful way. I can tell you the real extension works (as of 11/22). The developer has been amazing updating it sometimes twice a day because twitch is going crazy blocking the methods being used to block ads on their site. But the latest version of the real extension (as of now version 2.0.0 but chrome web store will keep it auto updated) works perfectly especially when paired with U-block origin.
