iCentral Técnicos

iCentral Technicians is the field work application for iCentral's authorized technical personnel.

From the application, technicians can view their assigned services, access the information needed for each visit, and record completed work directly from their mobile device.

Main features:

• View and track assigned services.

• Access customer and service information.

• View service locations on a map.

• Record installations, inspections, and technical activities.

• Capture signal strength measurements.

• Local storage to continue working even with unstable connections.

• Synchronization of information with iCentral systems.

• Notifications about new assignments and service changes.

Wear OS:

The Wear OS watch app includes tiles and a watch face complication.

Tiles:

• Tasks card: Displays the current or next task. Tapping it opens the app on the watch to start or continue the task.

• Care Card: Shows if Care is active and provides access to SOS. It is not a medical diagnosis.

Complication:
• Status complication on the watch face: Shows "Task Available" if there is an unstarted task, "Task Pending" if the task has already started, or "Care Alert" if there is a current Care alert. If there is no task or alert, nothing is displayed. The Care alert takes priority over the task. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace professional care.

The technician adds or removes it from the watch face editor.

This application is for the exclusive use of iCentral employees and authorized technicians. A company-provided account is required to log in.
