Disappointed with how support handles issues. A problem that appeared after an app update was immediately blamed on merchants instead of being properly investigated. The issue was later fixed through another Jupiter update. This experience made me question the team's willingness to take responsibility and own customer issues. Users should keep this in mind when relying on the app.
