My account is blocked 3rd August to still now.I am unable to withdraw my rest of the money. I send NOC letter from Cyber crime Police station. And also send 38 plus mail. But my problem is still standing.

This is related to UPI payment using Rupay CC. Recently I paid via UPI using my Rupay CC and the amount got debited immediately but then the payment status shown as "failed". At last I had to pay via my bank account. The app should identify recipient's status immediately after scanning QR code and deactivate Rupay CC payment option if recipient is not able to accept payments with such Rupay CC option. This will avoid this issue. Your competitor app has already built-in this option. Replicate.
